Aileen Morrissey has worked for almost 15 years in the Spanish music industry. After moving from Dublin to Barcelona, her career started with a bang in Razzmatazz clubs and Sinnamon Promotions in Barcelona - working as club programmer, tour promoter and festival booker for Summercase (bringing the Daft Punk "pyramid" show to Spain) and also Creamfields Andalucía, Wintercase, Ola and Weekend Dance festivals.

After a stint as territorial booking agent at WAM, she took on the role of booking manager of the SOS 4.8 Festival and internal head of booking in promoter Legal Music, over the years working with Morrissey, Pulp, The xx, Damon Albarn, Pet Shop Boys, The Prodigy, Metronomy, Haim, Years & Years, Justice and too many other acts to mention.

From there she went in as partner and head of booking at promoter Glaciar, with flagship festival Utopía in Madrid (Diplo, Rudimental, Guetta, Alesso, Solveig, Dixon, Tale of Us, Maceo Plex, Heidi, HS82...).

She currently runs her own international booking consultancy with clients throughout Spain, and partners for booking with Whisper Not Agency in Barcelona (Sons of Kemet, Chassol, ALA·NI...). She is a member of Spanish organization MIM (Mujeres en la Indústria de la Música) and is a proud board member of the local chapter of SheSaidSo, a global network of women working in the music industry.
