1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions of Membership (“Terms”) carefully as use of this service on the website shesaid.so Limited (“the Website”) constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. shesaid.so Limited reserves the right to update the Terms at any time by displaying amended Terms on the Website. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms when you next use this Website following any amendment.
2. Your use of this Website
2.1 shesaid.so Limited admits you to this Website in order to provide you the opportunity to buy a membership subscription, purchase tickets to events and training courses and access resources offered on the Website. The Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. shesaid.so Limited at its sole discretion shall determine your compliance with these Terms and shall have the right to prevent you from using the Website.
3. Membership and Renewals
Memberships can only be processed via the automated system on this website. Once payment has been made, your membership will commence and you will benefit from our services immediately. For this reason, under Regulation 13(a) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the membership fee is non-refundable.
For monthly membership plans, a payment will be taken from your card monthly from your joining date. For annual membership plans, a payment will be taken from your card annually from your joining date. On the renewal date you will be notified that payment has been taken. If you do not wish to have an automatic renewal, please log into your Squarespace or Patreon account to edit your account details. For any reason, should you have any issues, please email hello@shesaid.so to assist in amending your subscription.

4. Subscribing Online
4.1 shesaid.so Limited offers secure online transactions.
4.2 You should then proceed to the checkout area where you will be asked for details such as your billing address, contact information and card details.
5. Price and Payment Methods
5.1 The prices payable for Membership that you order are as set out in our website. We offer NINA and ALICE Memberships, these can be paid as a Monthly or Annual Subscription. We also offer ALLIES Memberships which is our corporate membership plan. 5.2 All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
5.4 You can pay by credit or debit card. The cards accepted for payment are displayed at point of purchase.
5.5 Your shesaid.so membership payment will be taken automatically on either a Monthly or Annual basis for the duration your card is active. Once your card has expired, you will need to update your card details to continue using your shesaid.so membership. To update these details visit www.shesaid.so/account. If you do not update your card details, your membership payments will fail. You will receive 1 email notification to alert you to this failure and to request for you to update your card details. After another failed attempt to take the payment, your membership will be automatically cancelled and you will be removed from all membership benefits.
5.6 The address registered to your card must match the address entered in the billing address section of your subscription, failure to enter the same address will result in a error processing your subscription.
6. Availability
6.1 All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Membership you have ordered is not available.
6.2 If you have received a promotional offer, such as an Urban Development Creative Membership, this will entitle you to your chosen promotion for one year only. 7. Cancellation of Your Membership by Us
7.1 shesaid.so Limited reserves the right to cancel the contract if:
Membership fees are not paid
Members do not honour the shesaid.so manifesto, code of conduct and community guidelines
7.2 If shesaid.so Limited does cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
8. Cancellation of Your Membership by You
8.1 Membership Cancellation Process
If you cancel your membership, it will officially end one month after your last payment date. If you are charged a subscription fee after your membership has been cancelled, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only applicable if your membership was successfully cancelled but charges continued. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email as evidence. Please retain this email, as it may be required to resolve any payment disputes.

Important Note:
You must cancel your subscription using the platform or method where you initially signed up for membership. Deleting your Community Hub account or leaving the Google Group does not qualify as cancellation, and you may still be charged. To ensure proper cancellation, please refer to sections 8.2 and 8.3 below.

If you signed up for membership through our website, you can manage and cancel your membership via your Squarespace account at shesaid.so/account.
8.3 Patreon Membership Management
If you signed up for membership through Patreon, you can manage and cancel your membership via your Patreon account at www.patreon.com/shesaidso.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions and your use of the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree that any disputes arising in connection with the same will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds
shesaid.so does not offer refunds for memberships 3 months or under. After the 3rd month is complete, shesaid.so may grant a refund to anyone who makes a request within 7 days of their last payment. The refund will only be applicable to that month.
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@shesaid.so with the email title “Membership [ALICE/NINA] Refund.”
With monthly subscriptions, the refund period renews after each payment is processed. For example, if you pay for your membership on the 3rd of every month, you have 7 days after this date to request a refund for that month. You will not be able to request a refund for any months prior to the current month where a refund is requested.
For annual subscriptions, the refund period renews after each payment is processed. For example, if you pay for your membership on the 15th January, you will be charged on the 15th January every year and have 7 days to request a refund for your payment for that year. You will only be granted a refund for the last payment.
Returns
shesaid.so does not offer returns on memberships. However, if you have any problems with your membership, please contact us at hello@shesaid.so and we will do our best to help you.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Renewed memberships that have been used for more than 7 days.
If the membership was purchased as part of a promotion or bundle.
If the membership was purchased using a promo code or discount.
If the membership was purchased by someone other than the person who is requesting the refund.
If the membership has been used to access any of the shesaid.so benefits, such as discounts, events, and educational content.
If the membership has been cancelled or suspended by a member of the shesaid.so team for any reason. These terms can be located in our Code of Conduct.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@shesaid.so and provide us with your order number and the reason for your request. We will then review your request and process your refund if it meets the criteria. You will receive an email confirmation of an approved refund request.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the membership.
