For the Chicago takeover on March 10, shesaid.so tv will focus on the intersection of gender and race, exploring the transformative power of music and songwriting as conduits for change at a large scale.

Featuring a poem recital by Grammy-nominated Tank of Tank and the Bangas, interviews with Chicago-native Jamila Woods and Detroit-based DJ Minx, plus a DJ set by Smartbar resident Ariel Zetina whose Belizean influences can be heard both in her work as a trans DJ & producer, as well as her work as a playwright and poet.
