shesaidsoIstanbul launched in March 2019 with the aim to bring the values we stand for to life in Turkey: collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. #shesaidsoIstanbul aims to create unique experiences that empower women connected to, or interested in, the culture & art & entertainment industry and ultimately promote values of diversity, inclusion and collaboration.

#shesaidsoIstanbul is an initiative to raise awareness of the women and the diverse in music industry, provide a room for networking and give recognition to underrepresented, to find local routes of lobbying for policy change and that promotes gender equality, diversity and inclusion, to enhance the profile of accomplished women already making a dent in the industry and to increase the number of women across all industry sectors and levels, particularly in executive leadership and technical roles.
