About the Role

Mode Agency is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team! This entry-level, part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about music, marketing, and digital culture. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns, researching trends, managing social media updates, and contributing fresh ideas to creative projects. The role is remote, so you can work from anywhere in the UK (though occasional travel for events may be required, with transport covered). Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with day-to-day marketing activities.

• Research trends, audience insights, and creative ideas.

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns.

• Manage content calendars and social media updates.

• Contribute fresh, bold ideas for our clients and projects.

What we’re looking for:

• MUST have a passion for social media & good knowledge of the latest trends across all platforms. 

• Interest in UK Music (R&B / Rap focussed).

• Passion for music, marketing, and creativity.

• Knowledge of social media platforms (especially TikTok, IG).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.

• Occasional travel may be required for events or activations (transport covered).
