Martiina Putnik is the head of international projects at Music Estonia and co-founder of Monday Morning Management. With background and interest in both film and music combined with a strong international pull she has worked with various festivals like Tallinn Music Week, Reykjavík International Film Festival, Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and Iceland Documentary Film Festival. Martiina was also involved in preparations for the first Keychange initiative cycle and following project coordination from Tallinn Music Week partner side. Managing Estonian alternative music artists and songwriters Anna Kaneelina and Erki Pärnoja.
