Tilbe has a long trajectory in the tech world. She has completed programs on women studies/diversity and inclusion.

She launched her first tech company when she was 22 years old and since then she has managed projects in Greece and Turkey, focusing on female entrepreneurship, women in tech, gaming, and music. She used this knowledge to create sustainability and renewable energy start-ups along with game-designing, providing platform to women and gender non- conforming people.

Two years ago, she co-built a successful community initiative, aiming to create safer places for all gender expressions. She is currently a technical advisor for Web3, and a social media strategist.
