For the past 8 years, Amber has been growing the FMLY brand to establish a set of core values to support all artists, whilst building a passionate and diverse team. Amber has recently taken over as sole director of FMLY, allowing her to drive the agency forward in a way that aligns with these values that are important not only to the artists careers, but also the team who surround them.

Over the past 8 years, the team has grown from a small boutique company into the agency it is today, with an incredibly diverse roster including the likes of Say She She, WITCH, Mansur Brown and BBC 6 Music presenter Tarzsa, as well as the likes of Touching Bass and Manuka Honey.
